All tours are subject to availability and may be modified or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (including weather conditions, strikes, safety concerns, or force majeure events).

3. Booking and Confirmation

• Bookings can be made through our website, email, or approved third-party platforms.

• A booking is considered confirmed once full or partial payment (as specified at the time of booking) has been received and confirmation has been sent to you by email.

• You are responsible for ensuring that all booking details provided are accurate.

4. Prices and Payments

• Prices are listed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.

• Prices may include or exclude entrance tickets, transportation, meals, or other extras, as specified in the tour description.

• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

• Paris À La Carte Tours reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

5.1 Cancellations by the Client

• Cancellations must be made in writing by email.

• The following cancellation fees apply unless otherwise stated at the time of booking:

  • More than 7 days before the tour date: full refund

  • Between 3 and 7 days before the tour date: 50% refund

  • Less than 72 hours before the tour date or no-show: no refund

5.2 Cancellations by Paris À La Carte Tours

 

We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered either:

• A full refund, or

• An alternative date or service of equal value

No additional compensation will be provided.

6. Changes to Bookings

​​

• Requests to modify bookings (date, time, number of participants) are subject to availability.

• Changes requested less than 72 hours before the tour may not be possible.

7. Late Arrival and No-Show

​​

• Clients are expected to arrive at the agreed meeting point on time.

• Late arrival may result in a shortened tour without refund.

• Failure to appear at the meeting point within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time may be considered a no-show.

8. Client Responsibilities

 

By booking a tour, you agree to:

• Follow the guide’s instructions at all times

• Respect local laws, regulations, and cultural norms

• Ensure you are physically capable of participating in the tour

• Inform us in advance of any special needs, mobility issues, or health conditions that may affect the tour

We reserve the right to terminate a tour without refund if a participant’s behavior endangers others or disrupts the experience.

9. Liability

• Paris À La Carte Tours acts as a guide and organizer and is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless caused by proven negligence.

• Participation in tours is at your own risk.

• We are not liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
